Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of the date you received them.

 

As we print everything to order, a few notes:

 

Standard items: 30-day change-of-mind returns. You cover the return postage.

 

Personalised or custom-made items are made uniquely for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind unless they arrive faulty.

 

Faulty, damaged or not-as-described items: you're fully covered. Contact us within 30 days and we'll repair, replace or refund, and we'll cover the return postage. This is in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which always apply and aren't affected by anything above.

 

To start a return, email us at info@syml-design.com with your order number and we'll talk you through it. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method.

 

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
