Change your mind? Return any standard item within 30 days of delivery for a refund - unused and in its original condition (you cover return postage). Made-to-order and personalised pieces can't be returned unless faulty. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, tell us within 30 days and we'll repair, replace or refund, postage included. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply.
